I started the fourth week of my Couch to 5K program. I had to take a few days off because of the GABF competition. On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday I walked around 8 miles each day for the competition.
I'm glad I rested after the GABF but I'm now a bit behind on my training. At the end of October I have a virtual 5K that I'm running which should line up with the end of my training.
